Magical month greetings to you!! :)  The News... Being permanently back at my home clinic in Tallebudgera Valley has been fabulous! I'm booked out a couple of weeks in advance, so please feel free to text me if you need an appointment, or if you need me to let you know if a cancellation arises.  A humungous thank you to all of you who generously donated to Isabelle's school fun run. She was delighted to have your support and definitely had a fun run on the day.  Contemplating my birthday month and a milestone birthday, I've been considering the waves of life and feeling grateful for ALL that I have had the opportunity to experience over this first half century of my life. I have lived and travelled the world, loved and lost, seen the tides come in and out, faced the calm and calamity and that, my friends, is how we grow. Our experiences of the polarity help us understand the various possibilities, so that we can be even more compassionate and understanding; whilst enhancing our resilience. Through it all I still feel the joy in being of service, caring for others, loving and being loved. Thank you for being a part of my world!   The Views... My tip of the month is to do a simple vagus nerve resetting exercise: * Lie on your back with your fingers interlaced behind your head, cradling the back of your skull. * With your head in the central position, with your nose pointing straight up to the ceiling, look to your far right just with your eyes only (not your head) and wait there until you notice yourself naturally yawn, sigh or take a deep breath in. * Then repeat on the other side - look to your far left with your eyes only, and wait there until you notice yourself naturally yawn, sigh or take a deep breath in. This yawn, sigh or breath may take anywhere between 20 seconds to 2 minutes, but just allow yourself to be present in the pause... The exercise can also be done seated, but with you head facing forward and moving the eyes right or left, but I'd suggest starting with the laying down position as it's even more relaxing!!   This is an awesome exercise to recalibrate your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to relax, receive and regenerate. Allowing the pause activates our rest and digest system; which allows us to absorb all the nutrients in life that our physical body needs to heal.  The Upcoming...
