Last of the Autumnal wishes to you... :)
The News...
As the chill in the air reminds us that we're actually nearing Winter, the glorius sunny days that we've had have made up for what's felt like constant rain over the last few months. Sunshine makes everything feel so much better!!
The exciting news is that the Common People Dance Project is back, and we're needing more groovers to join the Gold Coast Team. Last year there wasn't a GC team, but this year we're back and ready for more fun. Come for a trial if you're not sure, but it's open to all ages, all abilities - no dancing experience necessary. If's a fabulous community event where we learn a routine and then will compete against other teams in Brisbane on the 7th September - a great father's day entertaining show!! Our GC team is having fun and getting fit on Thursday evenings at Burleigh Heads Primary school 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Come and join us or check out the website www.commonpeopledanceproject.com.au for more details or to find a team near you.
This month I'm excited to be attending as well as offering workshops.
I've joined an online class for 10 weeks on RBTI Analysis - revising and learning more insights into the health of an individual by analysing urine and saliva samples. It still blows me away how much information is revealed on specifically where in the body there is imbalance and what minerals are deficient and the results guide us to decide what foods and minerals we may need at present if we want to gain more health.
In a couple of weeks I will attend a 'Birthing Feminine Spirit: Expanding Our Creative Horizons with Rebozo' workshop run by Naoli Vinaver from Mexico. I love the Rebozo work I offer in my nurturing abdominal massages, so I look forward to learning even more and receiving support for my soul too.
Then at the end of the month I will be attending a conference on brain enhancing technologies with iMediSync Australiasia - and how to analyse and assess data from QEEG's, more on Photobiomodulation and Neurofeedback. To think that neuroanatomy was my first love at uni over 30 years ago, and now I've come back to relearning and enhancing from the foundation that fascinated and intrigued me into delving into the intricacies of the body.
The Views...
This month I'd love to share more about the Rezzimax tool that I use in clinic. My "mini's" recently arrived but in fact you don't even need to have the tool to gain knowledge.
The Rezzimax is a small, yet powerful handheld device that produces stimulation through variable vibration frequencies, allowing for movement activation and sensation. It improves nerve function and sends blood flow to the areas that are causing you pain or symptoms; you can finally repair broken pathways in your body that have been preventing you from truly healing. If you visit the Australian site www.rezzimax.au and go to the 'Learning' tab, look up 'Rezzipes' - where you'll find a list of various conditions alphabetically and specifically see how to use the "Rezzi" to help yourself heal. If you don't have the tool yet, you can still gain insights on how you can massage yourself, or use an electric toothbrush or massager on different areas if you already have them at home. Obviously their benefit won't be as profound as the Rezzimax itself, as Sharick Peck, the founder explained he has gone to great lengths to ensure the manufacture of the device is based on specific frequencies to benefit the nervous system. Other devices may not have the specificity or quality of effect, but once you are able to invest they are certainly worth it. In fact, if you wish to purchase one you can use the discount code "ChiroBron" to receive a $100 discount.
