March 2021 Newsletter - News, views & upcoming events Magical March has arrived... The News... In sharing this month, I was discussing with a client the insights I gathered when I was checking in with myself and did a finger GDV analysis. Many of you who have seen for years know that I used to use it alot when I was at my Coolangatta practice years ago, but for those who want to see the unseen, its a fabulous opportunity to see your energy field aura, how balanced your organs and your chakras are. The process involves a photograph taken of each finger tip, which expresses light emitted from each finger and outlines an overview of all your organs health and chakra balance in that moment. Feel free to book in for a GDV finger analysis session, if you're drawn to it. Clinically - I'm still doing a locum down at Banora Tweed Family Chiropractic Centre in South Tweed on Mondays and Thursdays, as Graham gains strength and is starting back gradually. I'm working at my home practice on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Saturdays. So for those of you further south or across the border, you're welcome to call their clinic to see if you can fit it in to see me on Monday and Thursday afternoons whilst I'm closer to you on (07) 5524-7400. I am looking forward to a break from Thursday, 25th March - Tuesday, 30th March 2021. The Views... Over the past month, I only had limited time to enjoy as much reading as I'd like to but I did get to start, ' Why We Swim...' by Bonnie Tsui - definitely worth a read for those who love the water. A recommendation that sparked my curiosity is 'Accessing the healing power of the vagus nerve' by Stanley Rosenberg; so that's on my "next" list... :-)! One of my loves of late is the openness and infinite opportunities we are presented to create a ripple effect in our communities. Whether it be a smile or a notion of encouragement; we never know how far it reaches... :-)! The Upcoming... Next week, I will be teaching full day Abdominal Massage workshop in Kingsliff, NSW where we get to work on ourselves and each other. My next kinesiology workshop will be on Sunday, 2nd May 2021 at this stage, if there is enough interest, and then in July I hope to commence a JOY series of empowering workshops - sharing ways to tune in physically, chemically and emotionally to what is right for us individually.
