Marvelous March has arrived... :-)
February flew and one of my highlights was getting to see Sting in concert again. It was so fabulous to enjoy good music in an outdoor setting, with wallabies in the distance, open skies that thankfully didn't rain down on us that evening... Their previous night's concert was cancelled last minute, but I was grateful that the grey clouds held off long enough for us to enjoy the entertainment out at Mt Cotton in Brisbane.
Last weekend I had a lovely group of Kinesiology students, who did a tremendous job learning, sharing and caring for each other.
Clinic is bustling and next week I'll be doing a locum for Dr Keith Maitland of the Wellness Hub in Elanora. I will be working at his clinic on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 - 10 March 2023. Then back solely in my clinic for the rest of the month, before I take a holiday at the start of April.
Have you been having enough time out for YOU?? Have you been taking time to smell the roses, or the frangipanis...?
As I was reminding myself, I thought it would be apt to remind you too. It doesn't have to be much, but it's really important for us to check in with ourselves, and acknowledge three aspects of ourselves...
*Where is your head at; ie. what has your mind been focussed on? What do you want to focus on?
*Where is your heart at; ie. what have you been feeling? What do you want to be feeling?
*Where is your body at; ie. what have you been doing? What do you want to be doing?
As Esther Hick and Gregg Bradden often say, you have to know what you want... and then remember to feel what it feels like, assuming or imaging that that experience is already here! That is the quickest way to manifest it into existence in the present.
A reminder that Malise is hosting a networking event next week, so be sure to contact her directly if you need any extra details.
April will see a few workshops in New Caledonia, so if you know anyone over there, please feel to spread the word, or send them to my website workshop page to find more details.
The offerings will be:
Simple Kinesiology for Everyday Living - open to anyone who would like to "talk to the body" by learning basic muscle testing and assessment applications.
Thursday, 6th April 2023, New Caledonia from 9:00am - 4:00pm
Belly Bliss Workshop - a day workshop for anyone who has abdominal or gynaecological issues to learn practical massage & other supportive techniques.
Friday, 7th April 2023, New Caledonia from 9:00am - 4:00pm
Facing YOU Workshop - a day workshop covering how face reading and brain social behaviours are expressed through our body.
Saturday, 9th April 2023, New Caledonia from 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wishing you a Magical March... :-)
